Threads should have some bearing on anxiety and panic attacks. We will remove anything which is wildly off topic and not contributing to the general benefit of you the members

We cannot allow post from people threatening suicide or hinting that they might attempt committing suicide, but you are free to post your worries about the subject.

We do not tolerate Paedophilia, so please don’t go there or we will remove your posts

This site is about anxiety and panic attacks not eating disorders or self harming, so any posts outside the scope of this site are not allowed and will be removed

We have said it already, but will say it again NO ADVERTISING and NO SPAMMING that includes affiliate and referral links

Please use the English language, anything we cant understand because it is not English will be removed
